Travel Lift can be used on all docks for every launching and hauling operations with the maximum safety and reliability.
To satisfy the exigencies of all operators, our machines are equipped with electronic control on steering system which allows the perfect wheels alignment in every working conditions, without requiring a constant manual adjustment from the machine operator required with conventional systems. The 90° steering system (optional) ensure to our machines an excellent maneuver space with reduced steering radius, allowing a perfect functionality even in tight spaces. These technologies applied enable the operator to easily switch from one mode to another from the remote-control: 4 wheels steering, 2 wheels steering (forward or backward), diagonal steering, lateral crab steering, concentric rotation . All these steering modes are managed and controlled both from the electronic remote-control or from the cable-control, always both supplied as standard.
As a further safety, all machine can be operated by the hydraulic valves bank on-board of machine (emergency mode). Our machines as standard are equipped with electronic weighing system carried out through load cells installed on each lifting blocks; this allows two functions:
- limitation of the lifted load when exceeding the maximum capacity (three alarm/stop thresholds)
- control of the weight at bow, stern and total of the lifted boat, displayed on the remote-control screen for an immediate values reading
